About The Role – A 0 to 1 journey:

We started out with a small team of Business Heads, each responsible for a digital product. I managed the department for Times Group Ads – A web platform that enables agencies and users alike to book an advertisement on any and every platform owned by The Times Group.

Starting with the ability to book simple classifieds ads, we soon expanded to display advertisement bookings, digital medium ads and advertising partnerships with other agencies that our end users could benefit from.

Teams Managed :

Product Management, Digital Advertising, Sales, Marketing, Internal and External Marketing, UI/UX design and Content.

Primary Tasks :

Daily trend analysis, Prioritizing developments, Dashboarding for all of Times Group Digital and Project Management.
